Yoga has many benefits. Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual.
It all depends where you want to take your practice. Most practitioners find that after some time, the practice leads them to where they need to GO!
Hot Yoga is similar in its benefits to traditional Yoga, but offers some added benefits. The heat releases toxins, aids in weight loss/maintenance, and is great for recovery too. A deeper stretch is more easily held and it increases flexibility. The cardiovascular benefits are great, increasing the heart rate with somewhat less excursion than in the non heated room. Truth is there’s nothing like a good sweat too :)
No Worries. Most classes are for EVERY-BODY! You go as you go, you Flow as you Flow. In other words You do You. We are here to help with the rest. Have some fun, step out of your comfort zone, and see where you land. P.S. were there to catch you :)
…your tight hamstrings, sore neck, achy back,active mind etc. Bring a friend or make one after class!! And don’t forget your sense of HUMOR :)
